What’s the difference between meeting in a public park and meeting on a private rooftop? If it’s hot as hell and you feel like taking everything off, not just your top, there’s nothing stopping you. Some of us did just that today, and it felt wonderful. (It also seemed to make the day of a gaggle of construction workers on the roof of a building across the way. Hope you didn’t bill your boss for all the time you spent taking cellphone photos of us, guys.)
And for those of you who have asked why a co-ed group never seems to have guys present, it’s because a) we don’t invite many, and b) those we do invite tend to be camera shy. But today we were joined by a friend who saw us beating the heat the prelapsarian way (reading! it builds your vocabulary!) and took the plunge alongside us. In the name of equality, we share.

In San Francisco you wouldn’t have to do this on a private roof top. San Francisco has gone New York one better: Either sex can be completely nude in public.
im really into the idea of becoming a full time nudist the only problem is the mrs isny really into it what can i do to sway my arguement clothes are so restricting any response be appreciated thanks xx
This isn’t something anyone should be “swayed” into doing – if she doesn’t want to do it, she shouldn’t do it. But you could ask her what it is about it that doesn’t appeal to her, since maybe you can find some way to address her concerns. If she doesn’t like the idea of being naked in the presence of men, maybe you could find an all-female event she could go to. If she doesn’t like being naked around other people, maybe the two of you could take a trip to a private beach and just get naked together. Or whatever. But if it’s just that she doesn’t find the idea appealing, she’s entitled to not do it. I don’t like mushrooms, and wouldn’t want a spouse trying to “sway” me into eating them.
Incidentally, none of us are “full time” nudists. We like being naked in some settings sometimes for fun, but we wear clothes 99% of the time. If you’re seriously thinking about being a full time nudist, that’s a pretty serious commitment and a major life change. Don’t be surprised if your wife never gets comfortable with such a radical revision.
